After pre-sales of the HTC One (E8) in China hit 50,000 units in only 15 minutes last month, it looks like the budget-friendly version of the company’s flagship phone may soon make its debut in India. HTC India has sent out invitations to the press for an event on Friday, July 11th in New Delhi, India. Naturally, the invitation doesn’t give anything away, but we’re going to assume that HTC isn’t going to be hosting a press event for the recently announced HTC Desire 616.
