Without any warning, T-Mobile has removed the HTC 10 from its site. HTC’s 2016 flagship smartphone is still for sale at T-Mobile stores across the country, but stock will likely not be replenished once the remaining inventory has been depleted. Some T-Mobile sales reps have also reported that specific stores have also returned all HTC 10 accessories to T-Mobile’s warehouse. T-Mobile has not indicated that sales of the HTC 10 have not met their expectations, but HTC’s monthly sales reports show that the device hasn’t been selling as well as last year’s One M9.
T-Mobile may no longer be selling the HTC 10, but the phone is still available from Verizon and Sprint. For those who don’t recall, AT&T decided to pass on the HTC 10 when the phone was officially released this spring. Those who are still interested in picking up the HTC 10 and using it on T-Mobile network can always purchase the phone directly from HTC.com. Currently, the phone is being sold with a free pair of JBL Refect Aware C ($199 value) noise cancelling headphones and $100 credit towards accessories purchased on HTC’s website.

With no TA commercial for HTC 10 (even One A9 had TV commercial) in the US, regular consumers don’t even know to ask for a HTC 10. And the sales reps only push iPhones, Galaxy S’ and sometimes G5’s to customers.
Totally agree. This was a recipe for failure from the very beginning. I feel bad for HTC. And I’ve yet to even see one commercial for the HTC 10. So really nobody aside from people that follow it even know about it. Shame on Tmobile and At&T for not giving this device the chance it deserves. They’re part of the reason the sales are so bad.
