Leaked pictures and details of the HTC One (M9) may be interesting, but learning that the phone has gained Wi-Fi and NFC certification means that the HTC is doing working through its due diligence checklist to make sure the phone is ready for its unveiling on March 1 at Mobile World Congress. The HTC One (M9) was granted Wi-Fi certification on January 9 (listed as the HTC 0PJA10000 and HTC 0PJA11000), revealing that phone will support a,b,g Wi-Fi standards on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
NFC certification for the HTC One (M9) was granted on December 18 of 2014 (listed as the HTC 0PJA110 and HTC 0PJA200). While there are multiple product numbers listed between the two certification bodies, it’s widely accepted that 0PJA devices are directly associated with the HTC One M9/Hima. With Wi-Fi and NFC certification out of the way, it shouldn’t be too long before we see the HTC One (M9) pass through the FCC.
Only a,b,g? What about n and ac?
