The rumored HTC M8 Ace is making headlines today with a leaked image which claims to show off the design of the HTC One (M8) variant. So far, HTC M8 Ace rumors have claimed that the device will sport the same features and specs as the flagship One (M8) with a less expensive plastic of polycarbonate body. If the leaked image is real, it proves that some of the details from previous rumors were a bit off track.
The leaked HTC M8 Ace picture shows off the back of the phone with a single camera and single LED for the flash. We also get a good look at the power button which does not appear to sport an embedded IR blaster. These changes may be minor, but they do point out that HTC considers them as extras and not standard features fit for a device. If the Ace does have an inferior spec sheet when compared to the HTC One (M8), we can definitely see how the phone expected to sell for CN¥3,000 in China (just shy of $480 USD).
We’re just hoping that the HTC M8 Ace swaps out the UltraPixel camera for the same 13 megapixel sensor used on the HTC Desire 816.
