The HTC Developer Center has just received an update, revealing the source code for the new HTC EVO Shift 4G and the myTouch 3G Froyo update that’s been rolling out to customers. For most, the source code really doesn’t mean much. But if you’re one of those who likes to create custom ROMs, the source code for these handsets is an invaluable asset. There’s no guarantee that develoeprs will be able to find anything new in the source code that’s not already been found in the multiple system dumbs for these two handsets, but we can always hope.
