Opers Mobile 9.5 is one of the many highlights of the HTC Touch Diamond. Opera first announced the broswer this past winter, right around the same time the skyfire browser was first spotted. Opera 9.5 has quite a few advantages over the current standard WM browser which include: Context-sensitive zooming, Quick page rendering, Flash Lite 3 support, Tabbed browsing, and a whole lot more.
Opera 9.5 offers a unique advantage over Skyfire since the webpages are not rendered on a server and then streamed to your device. This allows for a more traditional web user experience with the capability to select, copy, and paste text from inside the browser.
For those of you who are planning on picking up the HTC Touch Diamond when it launches, you will be the first to get your hands on the new Opera browser. Unfortunately, Opera still has not released a launch schedule for the software. Lets hope Opera 9.5 will launch by mid July and like previous versions of the software, it should cost around $28.
