We’ve already shown you guys that the HTC U12+ has incredible cameras on the front and back, but a lot of you wanted to see how HTC’s new flagship device stacks up against the competition. There are a lot of camera comparison videos coming up, but we thought we’d kick things off with a shootout between the HTC U12+ and the Pixel 2.

The cameras are amazing but I’m afraid it’s not enough. Most early reviews mention poor battery life and only decent display brightness which IMO is unacceptable for a flagship. Also the fake buttons seems to be quirky to use, it adds no value.
This could well be last HTC’s flagship device and the end of the smartphone division. Sad but true.
I’m actually looking forward to a less bright screen, my U11 burns my eyes out at night even on the lowest brightness.
