Since the camera on the HTC U11 was one of its best features, I’d give you guys a taste of what you can expect from the HTC U11+’s camera. The video above gives you a look at video captured for the main and front-facing cameras, along with 26 photos that I snapped using the U11+ this afternoon.
The images here don’t look amazing, but that’s because they were all taken on a rainy afternoon. Hardly the best shooting scenario. That being said, the samples can give you insight into what the overall photo quality will be when using the U11+.
Take a look at the video and browse through the photo gallery below. If you want, you can also download the full-resolution photos if you’re into pixel peeping. Based on these pictures, do you think the HTC U11+ has a better camera than the U11 and the Pixel 2?
I’m not expecting Pixel levels but it seems to be a downgrade from the regular U11.
Hi Jorge,
Following your post between cameras:
– Same singular rear camera on both
– U11+ has different front camera
– 85-degree FOV on U11+ front camera.
Might be the weather that makes them look different. 🙂
The photos from U11 seem to have more pleasant saturation, not sure if it’s related to the rainy day or not
