We just got done writing about how the HTC U11+ offers an incredible value at €800 in Europe. But now we’ve learned that potential buyers in Taiwan (HTC’s home country) will only need to hand over NT$19,900 for the 64GB model of the U11+ or $21,900 for the 128GB variant which also comes with 6GB of RAM. Converting that the US dollars you get a $660 price tag for the base model and a$725 for the 128GB version.
On top of that, HTC is also giving away free accessories. The discounted price will only be available between today and November 9th. If you happen to live in Taiwan, we highly recommend that you buy the HTC U11+ at this incredible price. And since the HTC U11+ isn’t making its way to the US or Canada, you may want to find a way to but the phone from Taiwan at this discounted price since this is probably the cheapest we’ll ever see the U11+ before next year’s HTC U12 rolls around.

If I happen to go to Taiwan this weekend I’ll buy one of each, thanks!
My friend is visiting from Taiwan next month. I can have him buy the phone for me. Question is, are the phones in Taiwan unlocked? Does the LTE bands of the U11+ cover T-Mobile LTE bands? Thanks!
