Thanks to TENAA and @evleaks, we now know a lot more about the upcoming HTC U11. New photos of the phone popped up on TENAA’s website this week, showing off the front-back and sides of the phone. While the device pictured here is pretty close to the renders from OnLeaks which were shared earlier this week, we’d like to point out that these are actual pictures of the phone which have been pulled from a Chinese regulatory agency – leaving no question as to what the design of the HTC U11 Plus will be.
As for its specifications, @evleaks chimed in, confirming that the U11 Plus (HTC Ocean Master) will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. A 4GB model with feature 64GB of storage while a 6GB model will have 128GB. Both will also have microSDXC card support, a 6-inch WQHD+ LCD display (with a 538dpi), a 12-megapixel main camera with an f/1.7 lens and dual-LED flash, 8-megapixel front-facing camera, 3,930mAH battery with Quick Charge 3.0, Edge Sense and BoomSound audio.

Our friends at Pocket-lint also did a bit of investigative work with the images provided by TENAA. Since the screen is off in the images, they bumped up the brightness to see if we could see the outline of the display to determine if it has an 18:9 or 18.5:9 display. Since the bottom of the display doesn’t show a clear bottom bezel, there’s a good chance that it will be an 18.5:9 display, but we’re not quite ready to make that call without additional photos or details.
