Rumors have been circulating for a while regarding the upcoming HTC Ocean Life. The phone appears to be a smaller/cheaper version of the HTC U11, but according to @LlabTppFeR, we may also see an Android One variant of the phone as well.
For those who aren’t familiar with Google’s Android One program, Google handles all security and system updates for the phones. Android One devices also run a barebones version of Android which is extremely close to stock. In the case of the HTC Ocean Life, the phone will be running on Android O with Sense 9.0_A1 and the phone is expected to still have Edge Sense, USonic audio, Zoe and the HTC Camera.
However it will keep some features like EdgeSense, USonic, Zoe and HTC Camera.

Evan Blass joined in to confirm the rumor, providing an image of the front of the phone. As far as specifications go, the Ocean Life is said to feature 16MP cameras on the front and back, a 5.2-inch 1080p display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC.
