Android 7.0 for the unlocked HTC 10 in the US will be rolling out later today. The news comes from HTC USA’s Twitter account. We’re not sure yet how large the update file will be, but we always recommend downloading large updates over WiFi just to make sure you don’t use up your monthly data allotment from your service provider.
The HTC 10’s Android Nougat update’s few features include split-screen apps, quick switch, notification bundling, notification quick reply, doze on the go for improved battery life and much more.
To check if the Android 7.0 update is available for your device, go to Settings > About > Software Updates > Check now. If the update is yet available for your phone, check again in a few hours. Let us know when you do manage to get the update installed. We’d love to hear your take on the new software and what features you enjoy the most.
