Details of the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle’s specs have been shared, but there’s aren’t a lot of details currently available for the HTC Desire Pro. The two images below have been shared by Evan Blass, revealing the design of the HTC Desire Pro. From what we can gather from the images, the phone will feature a large display (likely 5.5-inches), fingerprint sensor on the back, rear camera with dual-LED flash and laser auto-focus, metal body with gold trim around the camera lens, edges of the phone and antenna lines and capacitive buttons below the display.
One additional detail to note is the September 20th date displayed on the phone. In the past, the date displayed on the phone’s screen has corresponded with the date of the phone’s official unveiling. There’s no guarantee, but the HTC Desire 10 Pro could make its official debut in roughly 5 weeks.
HTC Desire 10 Pro possible specifications
Unfortunately, we do not know what internal components the Desire 10 Pro will be equipped with. The assumption is that the phone will be better equipped than the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle which features a 5.5-inch 720p display, 2/3GB of RAM, 16/32GB of storage, a quad-core processor from Qualcomm, 13-megapixel backside-illuminated (BSI) sensor, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and Boomsound Hi-Fi Edition speakers (presumably the same setup as the HTC 10). If that’s the case, the Desire 10 Pro’s display may be bumped up to 1080p and the cameras on the camera could be a one-to-one match with what’s offered by the HTC 10. It would be nice if the phone was powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, but the SoC on this device will likely be the Snapdragon 652.
We’ll have to wait a bit longer for more details. Do you think the HTC Desire 10 Pro will be able to compete with mid-range devices from Samsung, Sony and LG?
Instead of just making great looking and great performance smartphones I think HTC should focus on advertising them properly. Everyone knows Samsung and even Huawei here in Portugal but no-one knows HTC smartphones, we don’t see a Comercial or advertisement anywhere.
Same thing here in the US…HTC seems like they’re okay with everyone stealing from them but not getting their name out their so customers can buy their products instead.
