Late last night Mo Versi announced on Twitter that the company is ready to start releasing the Android Marshmallow update for carrier-branded versions of the HTC One M9 in North America. The first HTC One M9 devices to get the update will be those from Sasktel, Rogers, Wind and Videotron in Canada. The update should include all the same features that were baked into the HTC One M9 Marshmallow update which started rolling out in Taiwan last week.
Great news for our Sasktel, Rogers, Wind and Videotron HTC One M9 owners! We'll go live on Monday for the Marshmallow OS update. Thank you!

If you live in the US and own a carrier-branded HTC One M9 and One M8, you’ll soon be getting a taste of Marshmallow as well. When asked when the Sprint HTC One M8 would be getting the update, Mo Versi commented that HTC is planning to release the update next week while the T-Mobile HTC One M9 release is scheduled for January 25. We don’t have any indication as to when the Verizon or AT&T HTC One M9s or One M8s will be updated, but it shouldn’t be too long now.
@NoleMario15 Yes, our target is mid next week. Thanks.
