The HTC tablet rumors are starting to heat up again. After the launch of the Nexus 9 last year, rumors started circulating that HTC would step back into the tablet game with a few different tablets of its own. As you well know, no such tablets have been announced yet. The HTC tablet rumors were resurrected this week with news that a low-end HTC H7 tablet will be announced during Q2 of this year.
Details of the HTC H7 tablet are nonexistent. We don’t know what size the tablet will be, what processor it will use or even what markets it will be released in. Fortunately, we only have six weeks between now and the end of Q2, so we should hear more about the HTC H7 tablet soon.
Do you think there is room for HTC in the tablet market or should HTC not even try to compete with the likes of Samsung, LG, Sony, Asus and Acer is a space with very little growth and razor thin profit margins?
