After a few delays, HTC has finally received technical acceptance from Google and has started pushing out the Android 5.0.1 update for the HTC One (M8) GPe and HTC One (M7) GPe. The Lollipop update weighs in at 527.8 MB and delivers all the new software features that Google introduced with the Nexus 6 last month.
If you haven’t already received an update notification on your device, go to Settings > About phone > System updates > Check now to manually ping the update servers.
