The Feather Ultra Thin Snap-On case by Incipio is exactly what the title says it is. It is light, thin, and snaps on to the HTC One M8. For those of us who dislike dealing with the added bulk of a case this is probably one of the thinnest options next to a wrap/skin or nothing at all.

Design
This case by Incipio has a texture that reminds me of the good old HTC Hero. I think the Hero was a little bit softer, but this is a close reminder. The case has three holes on the back; one for the duo lens, the mic, and a larger hole for the main lens and flash. The case snaps around the left and right edges, but the top and bottom are pretty much open and there’s an opening on the right side for the volume rocker/micro SD slot. On the bottom right of the backside there is an Incipio logo.

Protection
The feather case is slightly thinner than the HTC Double Dip case, but will stay together better than the Double Dip if dropped. For being an ultra thin case the plastic is surprisingly hard. The case would keep it protected from a few drops, but it could wear down leaving it vulnerable the next time it hits the ground.
Use
This case is thin and light and will offer some protection and leaves open access to all the physical features on the HTC One M8. I only wish Incipio had a clear case so the HTC one M8 could shine through.
Final Verdict
If you feel the need to wrap a case around your HTC One M8, but don’t want the extra thickness you should consider the Incipio Feather Ultra Thin Snap-On case. It’s kind of a minor thing, but the packaging this case came in is fragile. The packing doesn’t matter much since as soon as you get this case home from the store you will likely tear it out and throw the rest away, but I noticed it so I’m passing it on.
Nice. This might be better than the TPU wrap I have, I want something I can easily and quickly remove and replace because of my car dock.
