HTC’s continuing its Eye Experience software rollout with the standard HTC one (M8) and Harmon Kardon Edition on Sprint. the update has received technical acceptance from the carrier and will be released to phones sometime tonight. The Eye Experience update for the Sprint HTC One (M8) will offer new camera features like Photo Booth, Split Capture, Enhanced Video Calling with face tracking, Live Makeup and Photo Fusion along with Android 4.4.4. The Crop Me In feature will likely not be present since it has not been included in other Eye Experience updates that have already been released.
We’re not sure when HTC will be flipping the update switch, but it never ping HTC’s servers manually by going to Settings > About Phone > Software updates > Check now.
