HTC Creative Labs has finally unleashed Zoe (Beta) to the public. The new app is pre-installed on most of HTC’s phones running Sense 6, so you don’t even need to go to the Google Play store to download it. Like most social media apps, Zoe has a quick and simple signup process which also allows you to find any of your friends who have started using the app. We were able to add a half dozen “friends” to our list and we expect to be able to add a few dozen more in the next day or two as more people log into Zoe for the first time.
The main Zoe feed will look familiar to anyone who uses Instagram or Vine. You can scroll through and see the Zoes created by your friends or tap discover to browser through the thousands of Zoes which have already been shared publicly though the app.
We were able to make our own Zoe is under 2 minutes and managed to share it to our feed and Google+ without any issues. Honestly, the app appears to have a lot more features than we were expecting, so we’ll be giving you a more detailed look at all its functionality with a full app review in the coming days.
Have you downloaded and user Zoe (Beta) already? Be sure to leave a link to your Zoe creations in the comments below.
