Now that the HTC One (M8) has been unveiled and it available to purchase in dozens of markets across the globe, rumors are now shifting to HTC’s next device – the HTC One (M8) mini. According to the latest rumor, the HTC One (M8) mini will feature the same aluminum unibody design at the larger HTC One (M8), a 4.5-inch display, a single camera sensor on the back of the phone and a May retail launch.
While the latest report does contain a little bit of new information about the phone, most of the details confirm what we already knew. Previous rumors have suggested that the HTC One (M8) mini would feature a quad-core 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with a 4.5-inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 13 megapixel main camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, Android 4.4.2 (KitKat), Sense 6.0 and on-screen buttons.
In our books, a phone with a 4.5-inch display isn’t exactly “mini,” but we’re sure it’ll noticeably smaller that HTC’s flagship One (M8).

Hope it will be a ‘real’ mini. About 13cm long max.
…and at least 1,5gb ram
