A week and a half after HTC delivered the Android 4.4 KitKat update for the HTC One Google Play Edition to Google for distribution, the update is finally making its way to handsets. Google is pushing the 320MB KitKat update to devices is waves, so don’t be surprised if you have not yet received an update notification on your device. If you want to ping Google’s update service manually, you can always go to Settings > About Phone > System updates > Check now.
