The Android 4.3 update will soon be available for HTC One owners who live in the UK. According to @HTC_UK, the update will roll out “the first week of November.” We suspect unlocked devices will be getting it first with carrier branded phones receiving the update 1-3 weeks later. While European HTC One owners have had to wait a little bit longer to receive the Android 4.3 update, the latest software build for the phone does come with HTC Sense 5.5 which includes significant updates to the camera and gallery apps and also gives users the option to turn off BlinkFeed.
We’ll be in close contact with our usual sources and let you know as soon as the Android 4.3 update with Sense 5.5 is available for download in the UK.
@dav1dcl4rk Hi David, the update is scheduled to arrive to the UK the first week of November. Thanks for your tweet!

Thanks @dav1dcl4rk for the tip!
I think under the new regime, all the updates will arrive at once; I think that carrier delay is why the unlocked ones haven’t been rolled in the UK yet.
It’s hear today for me
I’m in the UK and a small update was available this morning. That update is to do with installing the big update.
After a reboot the Android 4.3/Sense 5.5 update 3.62.401.1 (675MB) became available.
I’ve got an Unlocked HTC One UK and have received the 4.3 update today. Not sure whether the carrier phones got it or not.
