HTC Zara rumors have suggested Sprint-bound “mashup of the One and Desire families” with a plastic chassis. While other spec details have been scarce, new information suggests that the HTC Zara may be quite different than any other device we’ve seen from HTC this year. According to LlabTooFeR, the HTC Zara will feature a a 1.4Ghz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 1 GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, microSD expandable storage, Ultrapixel camera on the back and a 1.6 megapixel camera on the front.
The device availability may extend to Europe and Asia in addition a launch on Sprint in the US market. Based on specs and the plastic chassis, the HTC Zara would be an inferior device to the HTC One mini. We’re not exactly sure how the Zara fits into the HTC One family, so we’re inclined to think it will be a high-end Desire series device.
