Sprint has just announced that they will start selling the HTC One starting on April 19th. Like AT&T, Sprint will sell the 32GB HTC One for $199.99 with a two-year contract. New and existing Spring customers will be able to pre-order the HTC One on April 5th. While AT&T customers will receive a free HTC Media Link HD and T-Mobile customers will receive a free car kit with the purchase of the HTC One, it appears Sprint customers will be left out in the cold. RadioShack may be able to sweeten the deal a little with a $10 coupon and $50 Google Play credit, but we’re a disappointed to see that Sprint isn’t doing anything on its own for its customers.
We know that there are quite a few die-hard Sprint fans out there, but we really can’t see why anyone would choose to buy the Sprint HTC One when AT&T have much better prices on their monthly service plans in addition to their free accessory offers. Now all we need is for T-Mobile to confirm that it’ll be launching the HTC One on April 19th as well and we’ll have the US launch details all squared away.
Which service provider are you going to go with when you purchase the HTC One?

Well I’m on Sprint and I plan on picking up a One shortly after launch. The reason I’m sticking with Sprint is because we have a family plan with four other lines still under contract. Honestly the small bonus accessories aren’t the reason to question why anyone would get a Sprint One. The severe lack of 4G is the reason people should think twice about Sprint. I’ve had Sprint for 11 years now and I’ve loved their service and price. However with their abandoning of WiMAX they’ve become incredibly behind all the other carriers in speed. I have a work phone thru T-Mobile that gets 15-32 Mbps here in Seattle but my new SPRINT LTE phone will be stuck on EVDO at a max of 1 Mbps because LTE still isn’t here in a city of 3 million people… They’re busy rolling out smaller towns in the mid west. Either way I’m signed up with the Best Buy Phone Freedom $50 coupon, and the $100 HTC smartphone trade in program. So theoretically I’ll be able to get a Sprint One for $70 after tax and trading in my old trusty EVO 4G.
well, wish i could get this answered, trying a while to find this information…where can i buy a htc one soon with sim unlocked, to use in brazil?thx
