HTC is making additional changes in order to help increase their revenues of yesteryear and the latest step is to take their Advertising in-house instead of outsourcing it to Mother.
In March of 2012, Mother won the account from Deutsch LA and has been responsible for HTC’s £100m global ad business until now. Their contract with HTC has since expired and HTC has decided to move their advertising in-house and will run it out of there headquarters in Taiwan.
The last global campaign produced from Mother was a TV and digital piece featuring the free-fall fashion shoot filmed entirely on a mobile device.
Good. That skydiving commercial for the One X on AT&T was really kind of lame. It didnt show anything aobut the device and you’re so distracted from it by the skydiving. Hopefully, they do a much better job with the M7’s ads.
