Last week, we reported on a new leaked image of the upcoming DROID DNA. Well, over the weekend, the folks at @evleaks released a larger image of the newest addition to the Verizon DROID series of smartphones.
Let’s look at the specs on this device again:
- 5″ HD 1080p display
- 2GB memory
- 1.5Ghz quad-core Snadragon S4 processor
- 16GB internal storage.
- Android 4.1 Jelly bean
This looks like a beast of a phone. It will be interesting to see if Verizon holds to the anticipated December release date, or if they decide to make it available for Black Friday. Are you interested in upgrading to the DROID DNA when it’s released?

Yeah, I’m getting this phone. I have the HTC Desire with US Cellular right now, and its showing its age. I’ve been waiting for a good phone, and this looks like the One. Now Verizon just has to RELEASE IT SO I CAN FREAKING BUY IT ALREADY.
I’ve had the Droid Incredible since it first came out, its served me well these last two and a half years but I’m itching to get my hands on this beast as soon as humanly possible. I don’t know why they’re being so coy about it, just announce it already. I hope the battery gets a bit more powerful though, I feel like its not going to last as long as other phones of its size and power on the market which is disappointing. I think another 400 -500 mAh would legitimately make this phone perfect.
