There’s no denying that we’re all a little excited about the rumored HTC One X+. The Device is expected to be an updated version of the HTC One X with a faster 1.7 GHz Tegra 3 processor running on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The first round of rumors suggested that the device would launch on T-Mobile USA in September, but now we’re hearing that our friends in the UK will also be getting their hands on the device.
According to Stuff, the UK version of the HTC One X+ (aka the HTC Endeavour C2) will hit store shelves on or before October 1st. at launch, the device will most likely be branded as the HTC One X+ and will feature ClearVoice technology for improved call quality, an updated version of HTC Watch, a new color and will also be paired with UrBeats earphones by Beats Audio. The exact pricing of the phone is not mentioned, but on-contract monthly prices are expected to run £5 more per month than the current HTC One X.
If the rumors turn out to be true, we expect HTC will officially announce the HTC One X+ in 3-5 weeks. Stay tuned!

Ummm…I anticipate reading personal rants and curses from many of those who had just purchased the One X, but that’s how the cookie crumbles when it comes to electronic gadgets today.
I’m not sure why HTC chooses to go with the Nvidia Tegra 3+ for the X+, while nearly all of their smartphones use the tried-and-tested Qualcomm based chipsets, just like their new One XL. The One X was beset with teething problems arising from the Tegra and it took members of the XDA community to identify the problem when HTC should have done that before releasing the One X to the public.
I’d say Android 4.1 and ClearVoice would be the main selling points of the One X+, but this time HTC better make sure their handsets will not plagued with LCD quality issues like the One X.
I’m a bit confused on this one. I’ve seen reports of the new HTC One X with the 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro Quad Core Processor and now the new HTC One X with the Tegra 3+.
I presume the Tegra 3+ will be UK only, whilst the Snapdragon S4 Pro will be released in the USA because of LTE?
I know which one I would prefer.
As it stands now…only two devices on my wish list, this One X+/Era 42+ or the upcoming JB Nexus hopefully made by HTC or or HTC as one of the five rumored OEMs to make the next Nexus. I also have Samsung at the corner of my eye…cuz they might spring something amazing with their new Exynos 5 dual core (5250) chip. I want a completely STOCK JB DEVICE…talking to u HTC. Just do it already…many of us pure Android fans waiting for that vanilla Android HTC device be it a Nexus or otherwise. HTC should just make Sense UI and option for those who care for it. When I hold my Nexus one…i just wish it was possible to change the internal to modern day specs and to expand it a little to achieve a 4.7” super amoled HD screen. HTC did a super job with the N1 except for the meager internal memory, Ram, and small battery. It is time for them to do it again…but this time with specs that future proof the device.
