Nearly two months after the unveiling of the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE, the handset still does not have an official launch date. When the handset was announced, Verizon claimed it would be in stores in the matter of weeks. The latest details about the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE launch come via a screen shot of Verizon’s inventory system which features a July 5th launch date. While none of us are ecstatic about waiting another week and a half for the launch of the phone, we are a little relieved to see that the handset is priced at $199 with a new two-year contract. It’s still overpriced, but at least Verizon isn’t pricing the handset at $299.
Are any of you excited for the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE? Since the phone is not on par with the HTC One series or the HTC EVO 4G LTE, we have to say that the delayed launch by Verizon should have a severe impact on the handset’s popularity.
