We’re not sure if there’s really a story here, but HTC’s development site (htcdev.com) is currently down. A splash page on the site says “We’re sorry! Site is currently under maintenance. Please, come back later.”
HTC is probably working on a new design and will have the site back up within a few hours, but they could also be working on adding new tool for developers or launching an interactive community for developers to collaborate directly with HTC. We’ll be keeping an eye on the site and let you know when it’s back up.
HTCHome.org is down as well.
