All HTC devices clear U.S. customs inspections – found to be in compliance with ITC ruling

After a short delay for a U.S. Customs inspections, HTC handsets have been cleared for entry into the U.S. The inspection was brought on by the enforcement of an exclusion order which was handed out by the ITC when HTC was found to infringe on an Apple owned patent. The exclusion order applies to all HTC handsets entering the U.S. market, but it was mainly noticed which the HTC EVO 4G LTE and HTC One X were blocked by U.S. customs for inspection since Sprint and AT&T has low handset supplies.

Fortunately, the two handset should not have any more issues getting into the country. Now that the issue has been cleared up, the official retail launch of the HTC EVO 4G LTE should get under way. Sprint has not released any new details as to when the handset will be stocked in retail stores, but we have a feeling customers will start to see the EVO 4G LTE within the next week.
