UPDATE: Carl pointed out in the comments that this is not a leaked ROM from HTC, but rather a custom built Android 4.0.1 ROM with HTC Sense 3.5 on top. The official Android 4.0 build form HTC could look a lot different and may have quite a few more tweaks to HTC Sense.
The first Android 4.0.1 ROM for the HTC Sensation has hit the web, revealing what Ice Cream Sandwich for HTC phones may look like. A quick glance at the screen shots we’ve gotten our hands on may come with a bit of disappointment since it looks like HTC is sticking with the same look at feel for HTC Sense.
The only real differences we have been able to spot are changes in the app launcher on the home screen, folders, the darker notification panel and a graphical change for settings toggles. Everything else looks exactly the same as what we’ve been seeing in HTC Sense 3.5 ROMs.
While the Ice Cream Sandwich ROM with HTC Sense pay not look a lot different than what we currently have with Gingerbread, users will notice a lot of behind the scenes changes which come with the new version of Android. Within the handset’s settings, users can access the new data consumption feature from ICS which can be used to limit or monitor data consumption on the phone. Naturally, you also have access to the new Gmail application and the People app has been modified to take advantage of the new card features introduces with Android 4.0.
We could go on for quite a bit about all the new features included in the leaked Android 4.0.1 ROM for the HTC Sensation, but it’s probably more enjoyable for you to watch the video below to see them in action.

I think it should be clarified that this is a custom ROM from a group of developers over at XDA and not necessarily from HTC as your article implies.
