HTC’s staggering growth numbers means a lot of new hiring in addition to some brand new office space for the company. According to GeekWire, HTC is looking at expanding their presence in the Seattle area by adding 60,000 to 200,000 square feet of office space in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle.
HTC’s currently has roughly 200 workers located in their U.S. headquarters in Bellevue WA. It’s still unclear what HTC plans on using the new office space for, but with more than 50 Seattle area job postings on its site – it’s no secret that HTC is planning to expand its work force in the area.
While this news may not be as exciting as an unveiling of a new device or some juicy leaked specs, it shows that HTC is still focusing on growing their business and is confident about the future.
