Originally leaked by HTCinside, the HTC Eternity looks to be a huge Windows Phone device. Specs touted include a 4.7 inch touch display, 1.5 Ghz processor, 512 Mb of ram and 16 Gb of internal storage. This looks like one of the second generation of Windows Phones, that should release with Mango (WP 7.5) on board. It seems rather large for a screen resolution of 800 x 480 though, you would think it would be qHD, and there’s no mention of a front facing camera. There are a few inconsistencies in the images as well. I have the HD7 and that’s a big phone, and the similarity between this supposed device and it are ringing a few alarm bells for me. I also don’t think any one would promote the phone as coming with Mango I think it would be WP 7.5, to illustrate the updated OS. It’s obviously a design render, as seen in the shoddy detail in the images below.
