The HTC DROID Incredible 2 launch date is finally here! New information shows that Verizon is prepping the DROID Incredible 2 for an April 28th launch across all channels. Those of you who recently picked up the HTC Thunderbolt and are having issue with battery life may want to reconsider your purchase. The HTC DROID Incredible 2 offers many of the same specs as the Thunderbolt but with a slightly smaller 4-inch display and no support for Verizon’s 4G LTE network. The choice is yours, but we’re thinking that most people would be a bit happier with the more compact HTC DROID Incredible 2.
Verizon’s still have not acknowledged the official launch date of the HTC DROID Incredible 2 or even that the new handset is landing on their network. Pricing for the handset is still up in the air, but since it’s not a cutting edge at the Thunderbolt, we’re expecting the Incredible 2 to be prices right around $200 with a new contract.
