Leak, leaks, and more leaks! It’s always nice to finish off the week with some juicy details regarding HTC’s unannounced handsets. PocketNow has gotten their hands on some documents from Expansys which detail some of the specs for three devices HTC is expected to unveil at Mobile World Congress. Before we get to the details, we’d like to note that Expansys has spoken up already, claiming that “the alleged leaks of information are nothing more than speculatively populated product holding pages, created and designed for internal use only…we do not have full details of the specific products mentioned.”
Even so, we’re assuming Expansys knows a little more than they are claiming. We’d also like to point out that some of the specs listed are wrong. The first handset below is the HTC Desire HD2 which is listed as having a 3.3 inch display. We’re assuming that this is a typo (more likely a 4.3 inch display) so urge you to take the information listed below with a grain of salt. We also find is hard to believe that HTC would equip the HTC Desire 2 with a front facing camera but choose not to include one on the HTC Desire HD2.
Digging through the specs we also found a reference to HTC Sense 3.0. We’re not sure if this claim is legitimate or not, but we’re pretty sure that many HTC fans would love to see a complete refresh of HTC Sense sometime soon.
