Verizon has yet to announce the official launch date and price for the HTC Thunderbolt, but that doesn’t mean we can’t show off an early unboxing video for you. Apparently, Michael has managed to get his hands on the HTC Thunderbolt and has recorded his unboxing of the handset for us all to see. It’s nice to see the handset in the wind, but Michael really does not share any new information about the HTC Thunderbolt.
Please note that some of the statements in the video are a bit misleading. Mainly, there’s a reference to the HTC Thunderbolt’s benchmark performance and how it is more powerful than the Motorola DROID Bionic. I may be a huge HTC fan, but there’s no way that I can endorse that statement since I have run benchmarks on both phones and Motorola’s handset outperforms the Thunderbolt by quite a bit.
The HTC Thunderbolt is certainly not the most powerful handset soon to grace Verizon’s network, but most of the people who buy HTC phones because they trust the company and the brand. We hope you guys enjoy the video below, we certainly did.
