News on the HTC Knight is coming in pretty quick. It’s been less than 24 hour since we first heard about the HTC handset that’s supposedly heading to Sprint and we’re already getting a few more details in. New leaked documents show that the HTC Knight already have a few accessories lined up and BoyGenius is claiming that the handset will launch as the HTC Speedy. It’s not the best name we’ve ever heard (probably just as good as the myTouch name), but it seems to imply that the HTC Knight will be able to take advantage of Sprint’s 4G network.
While we were hoping the HTC Speedy would launch before the holiday season, it looks like we’ll need to wait until early January before the handset makes its official debut.

Are there any indicators as to what kind of a position this will have in the Sprint lineup? Is it a mid level phone to replace the Hero?
At this point, all the details about the phone are still unknown. That being said, I suspect the HTC Speedy will be on par with the T-Mobile G2 and other higher-end Android devices.
