A while back, there were a few reports that indicated that the HD2 would not have multi-touch support for Internet Explorer. This seemed a bit reasonable since Windws Mobile technically does not support multi-touch at all, so why should one of its apps? Those initial reports were based off of an early build of the HD2’s ROM, but now we have a new video which shows multi-touch support in action, even in IE.

HTC HD2 sized up against the Toshiba TG01 and the iPhone. Notice how the HTC HD2 is smaller than the TG01 and only slightly larger than the iPhone? Keep in mind that the TG01 has a 4.1 inch screen, the iPhone has a 3.6 inch screen, compared to the 4.3 inch screen of the HTC HD2.
