Most bloggers who cover cell phones have a pretty keen eye for spotting fake news or images that promise new phones or features. The one thing you typically can’targue with is a video. And that’s exactly what we have for you. Apparently, HTC is making good on its promise that they will be launching more handsets with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. The HTC Touch Pro2 is already shipping across Europe, but it would appear that CDMA customers in the in North America (mainly Telus and Verizon) will be getting a new 3.5mm jack on their versions of the Pro2.
