With all the talk these days about the Eee PC and everyone trying to get into the MID game, HTC thought that maybe they should try playing that game as well. DigiTimes (which has proven to be wrong quite a few times) is reporting that HTC has plans on working on several smaller devices based on Intel's Atom and Qualcomm's Snapdragon platforms. HTC does have a little experience in this category. The Shift which runs a full version of Windows alongside Windows Mobile is a good starting point for HTC to work off of, just as long as they find a way to chip away at the price a little.
