A new report reveals that Samsung and Motorola have recently surpassed HTC in non-touch screen windows Mobile devices. This news is not that surprising since the Samsung Black Jack and Motorola Q lines have been flying off the shelves for the past few months. HTC has been focusing a lot more on their signature touch screen devices these past few months. With Samsung and Motorola leading the way, maybe HTC should think of stepping up their advertising budgets for their devices here in the U.S.
