Seems like HTC finally realized the the Touch was lacking a bit in the memory department. They have decided to upgrade the HCT Touch from 128 and 64 MB ROM / RAM to what seems to be an industry norm of 256 and 128 MB. The upgraded devices are available now and will soon start replacing the original Touch devices are currrent inventories are depleted. Word on the street is that the white and red versions of the HTC Touch will only be available in Asia for a few months, but we all know that only means you'll have to maybe wait a week or so to get your hands on one, just as many did when the Touch was first released earlier this year.
