HTC and Brightpoint have just inked a new deal to expand Brightpoints logistics and distribution reach. The new agreement is an extension of the agreement from 2006 which allowed Brightpoint to distribute HTC devices in the U.S. and Canada. Brightpoint shipped 64 million handsets in 2006 through its network of over 20,000 sales outlets, according to HTC sources.
