HTC U11+ versus OnePlus 5: speedtest

The HTC U11+ is undoubtedly the most powerful smartphone in HTC’s 2017 lineup. The base model is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and a 6-inch QHD+ display. If you’re looking for a little more power, there’s also a model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

While HTC’s phone is fast on paper, we thought it would be interesting to see how the phone fared when matched up in a head-to-head speedtest challenge against the OnePlus 5. This device is running on a Snapdragon 835 as well, but it does have 6GB of RAM and a lower resolution 5.5-inch FHD display.

To see which phone comes out on top, take a look at the video above. We were expecting the HTC device to put up a good fight, but the final results were a bit surprising.

  1. To bad you havent tested using the htc u11+ 6GB model, where this most likely would have resulted in different outcome for round 2. For the rest i really like your real situation test by comparing two similar phones.
