We all love to hear rumors about devices that have not been announced yet. Typically there’s a log lead up until we see what a rumored phone actually looks like. Things are a little different today. The video below is the sizzle reel for the HTC Ocean.
Now, before you get too excited, we need to let you know that the HTC Ocean is simply a design concept created by Danelle Vermeulen, a Visual and Motion Designer working for HTC Creative Labs. Danelle has worked on sizzle reels for many of HTC’s products, but the one she created for the HTC Ocean doesn’t represent a device HTC currently has in the works.

The HTC Ocean looks like it would be a nice phone, but it lacks a few of the design elements which we typically associate with HTC’s latest devices. We’re hoping Danelle doesn’t get into too much hot water at HTC for posting the video to her site since the phone in question isn’t something we’ll ever see from HTC.
