Anyone who purchased the HTC One M9 last year may be eligible for a $100 credit which can be applied towards the purchase of the HTC 10. The $100 credit is part of HTC’s Uh Oh Protection program in the US which comes free when you purchase any HTC One phone. If you didn’t use the protection program to fix or repair your phone within the first year of buying it, you should be eligible to claim your $100 credit towards the purchase of a new HTC 10.
Since this is tied to an insurance plan, HTC has built an eligibility checked on its Uh Oh Protection site. Fill in your phone’s serial number and your contact information and the site will tell you if you are eligible for the $100 credit or not. Keep in mind, the credit is only available for those who have not used Uh Oh Protection AND have owned the HTC One M9 for more than 12 months.
