HTC One Remix set to debut on Verizon as HTC One mini 2

The HTC One Remix was announced officially in the middle of May to international markets, but a new render has leaked with Verizon Wireless branding right on the front of the phone. It appears that the HTC One mini 2 will land on the Verizon network sometime this summer and since HTC left the face of the phone brandless, Verizon stepped in and plastered their logo on the bottom bezel above the speaker grill.

So far Verizon is the first of the US carriers to call dibs on this phone. Will it be exclusive to Verizon for a couple of weeks like the HTC One M8 or will this be the only carrier the HTC One mini 2 will be available on? The specs should be the same as previously announced plus some added Verizon bloatware (otherwise known as features). Did any of you pass on the HTC One M8 hoping for a smaller version? Is this the perfect phone for you? Hopefully we’ll get some hands on time to share our personal thoughts with you.
