Over the past few days there have been multiple “leaks” which claimed to show off the HTC One mini two. While the images looked nice, we chose not to share them with you since none of them came from trusted sources. That changed this morning when @evleaks posted a leaked press sender of the HTC One mini 2 which shows the phone in glacial silver, gunmetal gray and rose gold. The new leak was not accompanied with any new details, but we know from previous rumors that the mini One M8 will sport a quad-core 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with a 4.5-inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 13 megapixel main camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, Android 4.4.2 (KitKat), Sense 6.0 and on-screen buttons.
The HTC One mini 2 isn’t going to compete directly with the HTC One (M8) on specs, but the leaked image shows that HTC is committed to keeping the handsets signature design. Let’s just hope that the HTC One mini 2’s price is more in line with that of the HTC Desire 816 since the specs of the two devices are nearly identical.
