HTC One mini gains certification in China as the HTC 601e

there were certainly a lot of news and leaks of the HTC One/M7 earlier this year before the handset was officially unveiled, but can’t seem to go more than a day or two without writing a new story about the upcoming HTC One mini. We’re still waiting for the US version to pass through the FCC, but China’s Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center has wasted no time in certifying the device for use in China. The official documents do not go into detail regarding the HTC one mini’s specs, but the do show that it does not features dual-SIM support like the HTC One and recent HTC Desire handsets released in China.

Previous rumors and leaks suggest the HTC One mini will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.4GHz with an Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (11.2GB of which can be accessed by the user) and a 4.3-inch 720 x 1280 (320 ppi) display all running on Android 4.2 with HTC Sense 5.

With HTC posting infographics which highlights the incredible power of small things, the official unveiling of the HTC One mini can’t be too far off.
