The HTC Incredible S has finally landed in North America! Our friends up in Canada can now purchase the latest HTC phone from Virgin Mobile. Since most people opt for Virgin Mobile’s services due to the low contract-free price structure, expect to shell out $499 for the HTC Incredible S. But if you’re willing to lock things in for three years, Virgin Mobile is offering the handset for $99 with the Virgin Mobile SuperTab.
Just as a quick reminder, the HTC Incredible S features a 4-inch (480 x 800) display, 1 GHz second generation Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 8 megapixel camera on the back, 1.3 megapixel shooter on the front, 768 MB of RAM, 1.1 GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a 1450 mAh battery. Though the Incredible S currently runs on Android 2.2, HTC promised that the handset will be updated to Android 2.3 in the near future.
